What qualifications do you have?
We are a NICEIC approved company and can provide NICEIC certificates for electrical testing. Our contractors are also endorsed by the Certification for Security Service Providers (SSAIB), ensuring we have the knowledge required to install security and fire systems to the highest standards.
How will you price up the works?
We will usually begin the process by discussing your requirements in more detail and carrying out an onsite survey. From there, we will work with your supplied drawings to create a custom specification, then put forward a price based on your unique requirements.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on our team’s availability. However, we can often start your works within 7 working days. Get in touch for more information on our current schedule and to get your project booked in.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms for commercial customers are strictly 30 days.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance services?
Yes! Our AV support packages can be tailored to include the annual servicing and maintenance of your security systems; periodic inspections; the upgrading of your firmware; and emergency response maintenance where necessary.
