As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who takes ownership, leads with confidence, and delivers to the high standards we’re known for.
The Role
You’ll lead electrical projects from tender through to completion, managing design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and client handover.
You’ll take full responsibility for ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical projects from concept to completion. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure safe, quality delivery. Manage procurement, budgets, and programme performance. Coordinate design and technical input with consultants and clients. Prepare and review project documentation, risk assessments, and H&S plans. Ensure compliance with BS7671, industry regulations, and company policies. Drive progress, solve problems, and maintain clear communication across teams.
About You
You’re a confident, technically skilled project manager who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in a job well done.
Essential:
- Proven experience managing electrical projects (commercial, industrial, or energy sectors preferred).
- Recognised electrical qualifications in line with the Electrical Installation Industry Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget control experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- SMSTS / SSSTS certification.
- 18th Edition qualification.
- Experience using project management or digital reporting tools (e.g. Simpro, Monday.com).
